Our products are made in Europe, and our factory are temporarily stopping production to perform a full sanitisation of the working area.
As a result, all Australian orders placed between March 24 - May 1st will be shipped from May 1st, 2020 in the order in which they were placed.
Australian orders placed between May 15th - June 1st will be shipped from June 1st in the order in which they were placed.
International orders placed from March 24th - June 1st will be shipped from June 1st in the order in which they were placed.
The above times do NOT apply to our Moon Jelly Overnight Mask or the Luxe Makeup Remover Mitts which are shipped as per usual. For Australian combined product orders, we will ship the items separately as they become available. For international combined product orders, your order will be sent together when all items become available.

Q. What if my order arrives damaged?
