Q. How much is shipping?
We offer free shipping on all Australian orders! For all international orders, there is a $10 AUD charge.
Q. How long does shipping take?
Generally, orders are processed within 3 business days and dispatched from our Melbourne, Australia offices.
IMPORTANT: When we are experiencing high volumes of orders (which usually means we have more than 1,000 orders over a period of 48 hours) we will have a notice to customers in a banner at the top of our webpage. This is to alert you that delays are expected. When this occurs, orders will be dispatched usually within 7-10 days.
We are a small business and only have 1 staff member (our founder!) who individually packs and ships every order out to customers. As we have been growing rapidly, we are looking to employ help to ensure orders during peak periods reach our customers more rapidly.
Q. How do I check on the status of my order?
To receive an update on your order, please email email@example.com quoting your order number (#XXXX) as it appears in your initial order confirmation email. We will respond within 24 hours with an update for you!
Q. What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives to you damages (this can happen from time to time when using third party carriers), please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your order number with a photo of the damaged package.
Q. Do you ship to PO boxes and parcel lockers?
Yes we certainly do!
Q. Do you offer a bulk shipping discount?
For all purchases of multiple items, we charge the same flat rate shipping. So for example, even if we are shipping an international parcel, you will only be charged $10 AUD shipping. For Australian customers, shipping also remains free when purchasing multiple items.
